This robotic palletizer is a comprehensive logistics system that finds application in many industries such as beer, water, soft drinks, milk and food. It is widely used for stacking cartons, plastic crates, bottles, bags, drums, shrink-wrapped products and cans.

Acceleration belt conveyor: The system is equipped with two belt lines with different speeds. The rear belt is more than one time faster than the front, which allows precise adjustment of the distance between individual packages using a frequency converter. This differential speed ensures optimal spacing and stability for handling. The belt is made of imported base and the main frame is made of painted carbon steel.

Arranging and leveling system: The product arranging mechanism ensures precise grouping of products, then the robot grips the products. This part uses reliable SMC brand cylinders.

Mechanical robot gripper: The gripper is custom designed according to the customer's product specifications and the desired layer arrangement on the pallet. Different grippers are available for different product types, ensuring maximum flexibility.

Empty Pallet Stacker: This system holds up to 15 empty pallets which are automatically placed on a conveyor line using rollers. The main frame is robust, made of painted carbon steel.

Empty pallet conveyor: It consists of a heavy-duty roller conveyor line, which is used to transport empty pallets and full stacks of products to the forklift working area. The frame is made of carbon steel plate with a thickness of at least 5 mm. The conveyor uses Φ 76 mm double row galvanized rollers and is equipped with a pneumatic locking device. Power supply: 380 V / 50 Hz, power 0.75 KW.

Electrical cabinet and control system: The entire control system is composed of the main electrical distribution cabinet, HMI (human-machine interface) and detection system. It uses Siemens PLC, Schneider touch screen, Danfoss frequency converter, Schneider low-voltage devices and SICK photoelectric sensors, which ensures accurate and reliable control.
