Purchasing process

From the first conversation to the robot in operation

An autonomous robot is not an impulse purchase.
It is a projectthat must make both technical and economic sense.
That's why we have a clear, proven procedure that ensures you know exactly what you're getting into.

1️⃣ We listen and understand your problem

It all starts with a consultation.
We don't sell robots blindly.

We are interested in:

  • What's not working or costing you money today?

  • What process do you want to improve?

  • where are the limits (people, space, budget, time)

👉 We often find that a robot is not a goal, but a tool for saving.

2️⃣ Personal visit or documents

According to the project:

  • we will come to the operation in person, or

  • we will request photos, videos, plans, data

Thanks to this:

  • we understand the real environment

  • very wrong at the beginning

  • we propose a proven solution, theory

3️⃣ Solution proposal + return calculation

You'll get answersbefore you get an offer.

Let us explain:

  • How would the robot work in practice?

  • return on investment (ROI) calculation

  • what are the risks and limitations

  • What needs to be prepared on your side?

👉 Thanks to this you know:
how much does it cost, when will it be returned and what does it involve?

4️⃣ A specific offer without surprises

Based on the approved proposal, we will prepare:

  • accurate quote

  • clear scope of delivery

  • real date

  • expected return

No "we'll see".
Everything is specific and in writing.

5️⃣ Deposit and contract settings

After approval:

  • we deal with the deposit or other contractual conditions

  • we will set up service, support, or possibly rental

  • we align the responsibilities of both parties

👉 The goal is to minimize the risk for the customer.

6️⃣ Robot production and testing

The robot will:

  • manufactures or customizes

  • tests according to scenarios from your operation

  • preparing for deployment

You know all the time:

  • at any stage of the project is

  • what is being discussed right now

7️⃣ Delivery, commissioning and support

Eventually:

  • we deliver robots

  • we will put into operation

  • we will train the staff

  • we provide support and service

The robot will not leave without explanation.

How long does the whole process take?

⏱️ Standard: 3–6 months
⚡ Quick projects: from 2 weeks
(with high customer cooperation)

Every project is different – we always say time realistically.

Who are we suitable for?

✔ manufacturing companies
✔ warehouses and logistics
✔ operations with repetitive processes
✔ industry and technical projects

We don't know how to make homemade robots
(vacuum cleaners, kitchen appliances, etc.)

👉 Do you want to find out if a robot makes sense for you?

Describe your operation or problem to us.
We'll tell you straight upwhether a robot makes sense - and if so, how specifically.
