That's why our complaint and service process is set up simply, clearly and individually - according to the agreement when selling the robot.

If a problem arises, please contact us . Together we will find the fastest solution.


How to start a complaint

Before you start filling out the form, we recommend:

  • prepare an order or invoice number

  • brief description of the defect

  • information whether the robot is still in operation or out of operation

👉 The more accurate the description, the faster the solution.


Claim resolution options

Depending on the type of robot, defect and agreement made during the sale, the complaint can be made:

🔧 On-site repair at the customer's location

  • ideal for minimizing downtime

  • a service technician will come to you

  • common solution for B2B operations

📦 By sending the robot to service

  • if on-site repair is not possible

  • by prior arrangement

  • We will safely take over and repair the robot.

🔄 Individual procedure

  • for custom or specific solutions

  • always according to contractual terms and conditions

There is no one-size-fits-all solution – we are always looking for the fastest and most effective solution .
